Meal Periods

You can only use one meal swipe per meal period. Once used,

  • Breakfast

    4:00 AM - 10:45AM

  • Lunch

    10:45 AM - 3:00 PM

  • Dinner

    3:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Meal Exchange gives you the flexibility to use a meal swipe for select menu items at participating campus retail locations. Add-ons outside of what is listed below may cost extra. Just remember: using a swipe as a Meal Exchange means you can’t swipe into The Caf again until the next meal period time frame. It is recommended to check out what the Caf is serving first, as it is all-you-care-to-eat and you may find more that what you can get at a retail location. Check what counts as a meal swipe here.

  • Chick- Fil-A

    Breakfast:

    • Chicken Biscuit 
    • Chicken Mini

    Includes hashbrowns and a 20 oz fountain drink.

     Lunch/Dinner:

    • Original Sandwich
    • Spicy Sandwich
    • 8-count Nuggets
    • 8-count Grilled Nuggets
    • Grilled Chicken Sandwich

    Includes a medium fry and a 20 oz fountain drink.

  • Berry Bowls

    Any 12 ounce bowl counts as a meal swipe.

  • Einstein Bros Bagels

     All Day

    • Turkey Sausage and Cheese Bagel
    • Sliced Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado Bagel
    • Cheese Pizza Bagel
    • Pepperoni Pizza Bagel
    • Ham and Cheese Bagel
    • Toasted Bagel with your choice of cream cheese spread

    Includes chips, a 16oz fountain drink, drip coffee or hot/iced tea.

  • Moe's Southwest Grill

     Lunch/Dinner: 

    • Quesadilla with choice of any one protein and unlimited toppings.

    • Rice bowl with choice of any one protein and unlimited toppings.

    Includes tortilla chips and 22 oz fountain drink.

  • O'Henry's Coffee

    Breakfast:

    • Grit Bowl
    • Oatmeal Bowl

    Lunch:

    • Chicken salad Sandwich
    • Turkey Wrap

    Includes drip coffee.

  • FOODLAB

    Lunch/Dinner:

    Weekly feature meal including entree, side and a 22oz fountain drink.

  • Bulldog Bistro

    Breakfast:

    • Sausage, Egg and Cheese (on croissant or english muffin.)
    • Ham, Egg and Cheese (on croissant or english muffin.)

    Lunch:

    • Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich
    • Pimento Cheese and Chicken Sandwich
    • Pesto Chicken BLT Melt

    Each meal includes tea or coffee.

  • Freshens

     All Day

    • Everything on the menu is available as a meal swipe EXCEPT products from We Proudly Serve Starbucks.
